Welcome to Road Life Beauty (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing from or using our website or WhatsApp store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Products & Availability

All products listed, including bubble baths, bath bombs, and bathroom accessories, are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.


3. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed through our website or via WhatsApp. Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept EFT, card payments, and other approved payment methods listed at checkout.


4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver throughout South Africa using The Courier Guy, PUDO, and PAXI.

  • Delivery times vary between 2–7 working days depending on location.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • Road Life Beauty is not liable for delays once parcels are handed to the courier.


5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging.

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Customers are responsible for return courier costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.


7. Product Disclaimer

All our bath and body products are made with high-quality ingredients, but skin sensitivities vary. Always perform a patch test before use.
Road Life Beauty (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products.


8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.


9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, images, and text on our website and social platforms belong to Road Life Beauty (Pty) Ltd and may not be copied or used without written permission.


10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

  • If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
